2) My conclusions and recommendations ~

An expanded informed consent that included absolute as well as relative statistical information for parents deciding on planned place of birth, and thoughts on how to integrate our maternity system so that cooperated was the norm and physiologically-based care for healthy women was available in the hospital setting.
